On Nice People
A nice person, with warmth in his eyes, is one you can fleece despite no leverage over him. You need such people to help you even when othes won't. Two nice people whom I have fleeced are

People I look upto were, at 25, not busy with borrowed duties/problems from society, customer, family. Unlike me, each had a thesis to solve at hand and everything else in life unsolved.
Fungible vs Non-Fungible Human Relations
Instead of vague words like family, friends, colleague, classify humans as fungible ("I will adjust this person in my schedule) vs non-fungible ("I will adjust my schedule around this person")
